Dakota Dawn
Row 7 Variety
Dakota Dawn are a medium-maturing pinto potato cultivar developed by North Dakota State University and released in 2022. They have a purple and tan marbled skin. These potatoes are considered to be of excellent culinary quality with a creamy texture and flavorful with notes of sweet potato, burdock, and toasted grains.
Best used for: Roasting
Gold Potatoes
Gold potatoes have an excellent smooth texture with a buttery flavor.
Best used for: Baked and mashed potatoes!
Kennebec Potatoes
Kennebecs are an excellent all-purpose potato with a fluffy texture. They have an earthy, nutty, and subtly sweet flavor.
Best used for: Roasting, frying, boiling, baking, or stewed.
Dark Red Norland OR Chieftan Potatoes
Red potatoes have a subtly sweet and earthy flavor with a waxy texture, often described as slightly firmer than other potato varieties, making them ideal for salads, soups, and roasting due to their ability to hold their shape well during cooking. They have a thin red skin and creamy white flesh inside.
Best used for: In salads, soups, and roasting.
Upstate Abundance Potatoes
Row 7 Variety
Upstate Abundance was developed at Cornell University. It is known for its small, golf-ball sized tubers with creamy white flesh, high yield, and resistance to diseases like late blight. It is a "creamer" potato with a buttery, nutty flavor. Due to its size and texture, it makes a great smashed potato.
Best used for: Roasting or smashing
La Ratte Fingerling Potatoes
A small potato with a unique nutty flavor and smooth, buttery texture. The flavor profile of "chestnut" comes to mind too.
Best used for: Roasting
Adirondack Red Potatoes
These potatoes have a red skin and red flesh. They are uniform in size, waxy, moist, and have a fantastic flavor.

Purple Sun Potatoes
