Wren is a Japanese restaurant inspired by “Izakaya,” the Japanese concept of having a place to gather together to relax and chat while enjoying good food and drink. Chef Yo Matsuzaki sources locally-grown ingredients to create sophisticated, but approachable cuisine that merge Japanese street food with modern American elements. Oysters, maguro tartare, baby beet salad with yuzu pistachio vinaigrette, kaisen ramen – their menu is filled with many delicious options!
